After countless emails and an ongoing investigation I can now state, the application form has been granted a High court hearing date, FINALLY. I will post the date of the actual trial. There WILL be a TRIAL for sure!
It seems the Criminal fraudsters were given another chance to block our High court case, but they have failed in their Evil deeds yet again. The Criminal fraudsters day's of government fraudulently activities & collecting monies illegally has been EXPOSED and will end with their day in the court house. Who was Jlloyd hiding from and who was threatening Jlloyd? The Criminal fraudsters know. I'm hoping they will tell the truth on the stand in court as all the evidence seem to be stacked against their lies.
I have since made a number of formal complaints to the County Court and the High Court. One of our complaints from the country court has been met with satisfactory results, while the other complaint is still awaiting a resolution. As for the High court, an investigation into the application form and letter has been put forward to the higher authorities as we have not received an answer to our questions. Simple questions can't seem to get an answer. Yes and No questions they try to avoid and blatantly ignore. What on earth!
Failed attempts
The reason we have been delayed in out attempts to prove the truth is because of the workers of iniquities. The workers of iniquities do not want us to prove our case, they don't want us to have an opportunity to reveal evidence showing Jlloyd was not in the vehicle when the car blew up, this is why they don't want us in the High Court. The country court would not see this evidence, but the High Court has to allow the evidence into the High Court. In my opinion this is also the reason as to why our application forms whereabouts (stated in the last updat) was not stated as know, almost one month after the application forms unknown whereabouts. WHY! Why do they keep telling LIE'S?
Jlloyd was not in the vehicle when it blew up. The guy who tried to open Jlloyd's car door stated. There seemed to be no one in the car when he tried to open the car door. He went on to say, it seemed someone had crashed the car and run from the vehicle. I asked the coroner's office if this guy could be present at the inquest in 2019.
