Case Update: Disclosure Fee BLOCKER!
The application for disclosure has been acknowledged by the court.
Barrister Timothy is aware. The final step is the fee transfer. Once the court receives payment, we will await a court date to review what we have been requesting for the past 8 years — the truth, the opportunity to view the post-mortem images and medical records.
I will not allow my human rights to be privately or publicly violated. I have privately and publicly demonstrated process, willingness, and patience.
If this matter is not resolved by 14 May 2026, we plan to escalate the matter through the proper channels, including the ombudsman. Stay tuned for updates and next steps.
