Why another hold up to get the fee paid?
Why is this simple process taking forever?

Why, after eight years, are people still trying to play hide the post-mortem images?
Like really.
*Here’s where we are today:*
It is eight years next month since the car explosion. The disclosure application is filed. The only thing stopping it is *one unpaid application fee*.
Today I emailed Timothy again regarding the application fee hold up.
Everything is documented!
*So the questions stand:*
1. Why has the disclosure application fee not been paid?
2. Who benefits from this delay?
3. Why is getting access to post-mortem images still being blocked after eight years?
4. What exactly is happening behind the scenes?
This should be simple. File application. Pay fee. Move forward. Instead, we are stuck. That is why I am making this public here on http://Change.org and my social media channels.
Eight years of delays is not justice. Families should not have to fight this hard for basic disclosure. This is why the UK-US Agreement needs urgent amendment. This is why laws and policies need reform, why change is necessary, and why families shouldn't have to wait eight years for medical updates and records.
