Update

After investigating cases similar to mine, which is still currently in the UK court, I have found stark similarities between the Lucy Letby case and my own. I am highlighting these similarities between the cases to demonstrate how systemic issues in hospitals and investigations enable such failures.

When investigations fail or families dispute inquest, and investigation conclusions, it is more than a problem – it is a breach of trust. Experts speaking out on critical cases is an urgent call to action.

Questions linger: How did the inquest process miss these discrepancies? And, why is evidence missing?

Key demands for transparency and accountability include:

- Strengthened data sharing for risk assessment
- Streamlined information sharing between UK and international agencies
- Mandatory reporting of suspected exploitation

These changes can prevent systemic failures and ensure justice. We will continue campaigning for a more robust inquest process prioritizing truth and accountability.
