Update on Our Campaign:
We're sharing a brief update on our ongoing efforts. Despite multiple attempts, the pathologist has not responded to our emails. We've escalated this to the NHS and are seeking their assistance in understanding why the pathologist has not engaged.
As a reminder, we've submitted evidence to the Professional Standards Department (PSD), and they're investigating. If the pathologist continues to disregard our concerns, the PSD will take further action, which may include:
- Conducting a thorough investigation
- Reviewing the evidence submitted
- Determining if the pathologist's behavior constitutes misconduct
- Imposing disciplinary actions if necessary
The PSD investigation timeline is moving forward, and we expect to hear back from them within the next 11 days regarding our complaint and evidence.
If you're going through a similar experience, or need to understand what steps can be taken:
- Document all correspondence and interactions
- Escalate your concerns to the relevant authorities
- Seek support from advocacy groups or organizations
- Know your rights and the procedures in place to protect you
Thank you for standing with us. Your support means everything.
