The DMMO application has been submitted and is now registered with the DMMO office.  

The application can be viewed online at

using the reference RYE/2024/07/DMMO.

The National Park Authority has also conceded that the route is a public Right of Way that will remain as such both before and after the proposed development. The route may need to be temporarily closed while the development takes place, but the Authority accepts that it must ensure an alternative route for the duration of the proposed work.
