Over 200 Contractor Military dogs in  2014 were left on foreign soil to be Euthanized, some are left Wounded or Abandoned laying HELPLESSLY in kennels in the middle of a war! This is still happening and laws need to be changed. War Dogs save 150 soldiers lives annually! Do we not owe the contracted war Dogs the same treatment?  The bond forged on the battlefield is the strongest we can imagine. According to Paws for Purple Hearts when handler and dog are reunited it is the best medicine to heal the wounds of the war and those suffering from PTSD. These BRAVE dogs should be able to retire on U.S Soil!!! Right now it is in the hands of non -profit groups to raise funds to help as many dogs that they can reach. The cost is $4500.00 per dog..Let's give them hope and get them added to the NDAA Bill.
