Only two brave Senators stood up to say NO to placing an industrial operation in the heart of a residential and light business community at Orange Grove St. Croix - the Honorable Marise James and Honorable Alma Francis-Heyliger.

Vote to keep them in office - they care about you!

The interests of a few were put in front of the health and safety of the rest of our community by the 13 Senators who voted to override the Governor's veto of the rezoning at Pueblo, Golden Rock. As stated from the beginning of this petition, there is nothing wrong with the business - it is simply in the Wrong Location as verified by our Department of Planning, the Governor, and over 900 concerned citizens who live, work, shop, and travel through the area.

We must now transition to monitoring and reporting any health and safety issues that occur in this area directly to the members of the 35th Legislature who voted to rezone, along with the EPA, DPNR, and Public Safety.
