The Issue

Local Ridgefield, CT residents OBJECT to the 27 Abbott Avenue proposed development of a 3-story, 10-unit building on less than ½ acre. The creation of this project would further impact our already strained wetlands, decrease our property values and negatively impact our neighborhood with significant traffic, noise, and garbage, and leave no space for children to play or for people to walk.  Please re-sign our petition to stop the development of this OUT OF CONTROL project in YOUR TOWN!
