For centuries USA has always had Hispanic Heritage and Latino as well, USA main languages spoken spoke on a commonly biases are Spanish and English for centuries, The Spanish people arrived to The Americas as we all know this to be true, We as Hispanic Heritage want our language to Co-Exist and to be known as a Co-Official language and to be equal to English, people for year's fought for either Spanish or English, I personally believe we should stand as 1 as we all are American, This is United States Of America where many people are of either one of the two Ancestry's Most States are of Spanish Origin and UNITED STATES shows what it is when it comes to this.

We need to have a "Spanish Act." & "Spanish Laws."

The constitution states these words.. Unless specifically stated in applicable law, no person has a right, entitlement, or claim to have the Government of the United States or any of its officials or representatives act, communicate, perform or provide services, or provide materials in any language other than English. If exceptions are made, that does not create a legal entitlement to additional services in that language or any language other than English. So we have a chance at having a upgrade in this great nation as American people and much of the articles state USA has no national language except for Puerto Rico ( Commonwealth)  even the US. Constitution website declares no official language in USA.

Now about Florida, Florida was part of New Spain since 1565  with St. Augustine being the oldest European city in the USA.  In 1845 the USA took over Florida ending 300 years of Spanish governance. So for Americans to say ‘they should learn English’, yes Hispanic people would be wise to but Florida Founding Father's were not of the original 13 colonies, but you should learn Spanish because it is the actual native language aside from Native Americans in that time. The USA has no official language for a reason. Democracy is a representation of the people, not the government imposing culture on the people. What if we are 90% Spanish in the future, does that mean ‘they’ still have to speak English? Look at Argentina, a nation of Northern European, who have embraced Spanish culture. I believe when in Rome do as the Romans.

Necesitamos tener una "Ley Española EE.UU.". Y "Leyes españolas".
