All power not expressly delegated to the federal government in the United States Constitution is reserved to the states respectively, or to the people themselves. The federal government, with the enactment of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, has interfered with the right of the people of this state to regulate health care as they deem appropriate. Governor Rick Perry, we call on you to order a Special Session in the Texas House of Legislators to vote on HB 297 to make Obamacare null and void in the State of Texas! When a state nullifies a federal law, it is proclaiming that the law in question is void and inoperative within the boundaries of that state. Or in other words, not a law as far as the state is concerned.
