Rhode Island Energy rates are crippling Rhode Islanders! Seniors, working families, young people, home owners and renters alike cannot afford the crippling increases we continue to see and we deserve to be heard! We, the undersigned, demand an online Town Hall Meeting with Governor Dan McKee, Speaker of the House Joseph Shekarchi, Rhode Island Public Utility Commissioners Ronald Gerwatowski, Abigail Anthony, and Karen Bradbury, and Rhode Island Energy CEO Greg Cornett in order explain how they expect ordinary citizens to continue to pay these exorbitant charges AND explain exactly what they intend to do to lower these rates. We intend to hold our elected officials accountable to the needs of the people they represent.
