Gregg Amore is an American politician and educator currently serving as the Secretary of State of Rhode Island. A member of the Democratic Party, Amore has a long-standing commitment to public service and education. He previously served as a member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 65. In addition to his legislative work, Amore has dedicated much of his career to education, having worked as a Social Studies teacher at East Providence High School and later as the Athletic Director in the East Providence School System. He holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Providence College and a Master's degree in Public Policy from New England College, reflecting his strong foundation in both academic and policy-oriented fields.
