Currently, this parcel of land resides within the town's primary zone, limiting the use of this property. Nevertheless, it lies unused and neglected. If rezoned as an accessory, it would significantly increase the capacity for parking and thus patron service at the restaurant. More parking would make our restaurant even more accessible and convenient to the community, fueling local commerce and ensuring customer satisfaction. Much-needed business growth will lead to job creation, and additional taxes will be rolled back into community development.
