Revoke U.S. Visas for Irish Band “Kneecap” for Celebrating Hamas Massacre

Revoke U.S. Visas for Irish Band “Kneecap” for Celebrating Hamas Massacre
The Issue
We, the undersigned, call on the U.S. State Department, the Department of Homeland Security and members of Congress to take immediate action to revoke the U.S. visas of the Irish band Kneecap and bar them from entering the United States.
Kneecap publicly celebrated the October 7 Hamas-led massacre in Israel—the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust. The day after Hamas slaughtered over 1,200 men, women and children, and abducted hundreds more, at the Nova music festival and surrounding communities, Kneecap posted a photo under the Palestinian flag with a caption glorifying the "struggle." Their message was not about peace or justice—it was an endorsement of terror.
Just last week, Kneecap repeated this rhetoric during a performance at Coachella, one of the largest music festivals in the world—held in the very type of venue where Hamas executed their atrocities. The emotional toll on Jewish concertgoers cannot be overstated.
Despite this, Kneecap is now set to embark on a U.S. and Canadian tour, with sold-out shows in New York, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago, and San Francisco. They are using American stages to normalize hate, justify terrorism, and embolden those who seek the destruction of Israel and Western values.
As non-U.S. citizens, the members of Kneecap are subject to U.S. immigration law, which bars entry to individuals who “endorse or espouse terrorist activity.” Hamas is a designated Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). Publicly celebrating or defending its actions is grounds for visa revocation under U.S. law.
We demand the State Department and DHS immediately revoke Kneecap’s visas and deny their entry into the United States.
Terrorism has no place on our shores—and neither do those who celebrate it.
