Revoke U.S. citizenship of Soheil Mostajabian

Revoke U.S. citizenship of Soheil Mostajabian
The Issue
We are raising serious concerns regarding the conduct and public statements of Soheil Mostajabian, an individual who has publicly expressed support for the IRGC and has appeared on state-affiliated media of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In a recent video, he used disrespectful language toward Iranian people and public figures, while dismissing the very real hardships caused by prolonged internet restrictions inside Iran.
At the same time, widely circulated reports and publicly available records suggest that Soheil Mostajabian is holding U.S. citizenship or immigration status. If confirmed, this presents a serious contradiction—benefiting from the freedoms and protections of a democratic society while supporting narratives aligned with a regime that suppresses fundamental human rights.
This issue is deeply personal to many of us who are directly or indirectly affected by these realities. Individuals who enjoy the privileges of living in a free society should not simultaneously advocate for systems that deny those same freedoms to others.
If verified, any affiliation with organizations designated by the United States as terrorist entities—including the IRGC—must be taken seriously and addressed accordingly under U.S. law.
We respectfully call upon the relevant U.S. authorities to:
Conduct a thorough and transparent investigation into any verified citizenship or immigration status held by Soheil Mostajabian
Determine whether any affiliations or activities conflict with U.S. laws, including those related to designated terrorist organizations
Take appropriate legal action—including revocation of citizenship or residency privileges—if violations are established.
We believe that no individual should be able to benefit from the opportunities provided by a free society while supporting or promoting systems that suppress those same rights. We urge all those who value freedom, democracy, and human rights to support this petition
