The Issue

In April 2025, Star Caribbean Corp. (owned by Roger Williams) was paid in full to ship two trucks to Grenada. The trucks arrived in Grenada in June 2025. They remain stuck at the port because the company failed to provide required documents and settle fees that were already paid.

For three months, the trucks have been held, causing mounting storage fines, financial losses, and threats of auction. Repeated attempts to contact the company have been ignored. Other businesses and individuals report similar problems, through out the Caribbean, showing a clear pattern of neglect and abuse.

We, the undersigned, call on the U.S. Federal Maritime Commission, the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, and all relevant authorities to:

-Investigate Roger Williams & Star Caribbean Corp.

-Revoke their shipping license if violations are confirmed.

-Ban them from operating in U.S. ports to protect the public from further harm.

Thank you.
