Lately, its progression to Generation Three has perturbed many of its fans and I am among them. The 'wokeness' and forced diversity that marked a unique shift away from the loved original model have deeply disappointed us. We long for the classic appeal of Generation One that embraced diversity in a more natural, effortless fashion, rather than the imposed approach that currently characterizes the brand.

Statistics on franchise popularity show a significant decrease compared to its heyday- when the original generation reigned. In 2013, Monster High held a substantial market share of 2.6% of the global toy market, with sales peaking at $1 billion (ToyNews, 2016). However, the deliberate and overt 'wokeness' in recent years has led to a decline in its market position, threatening the very existence of the brand we adore.

We believe that reverting to the illustrative, classic design of Generation One can restore Monster High's former glory. It allows our beloved brand to stay true to its core audience while simultaneously appealing to new fans. However, this must be done without diluting its unique spirit or imposing societal trends that do not resonate with its core values.

We implore the creators to revoke the Monster High Generation Three series and bring back the classic Generation One. The call to immortalize the original charm of Monster High and its unforgettable characters is of paramount importance to us!
