Revoke License from Naseer Abbasi and Client Centric Management (ccmcondo​)

The Issue

Management companies and property managers play an important role in your life - they are responsible for the largest investment in your life: your home. 

Do not take this decision lightly. Research a management company and property manager before allowing them to control your asset. 

Some managers will take advantage of the Losey-goosey rules around their job, and can make mistakes costing your investment hundreds or thousands in lost equity, such as depleting the reserve budget with nonsense. 

This petition is for the Condominium Management Regulatory of Ontario to investigate the license of Naseer Abbasi and his newly found company Client Centric Management (ccmcondo) 

I'm not going to list all the issues I have with Mr. Abbasi, because Mr. Abbasi would just tell you that I am a disgruntled client. So rather, how about you read the words of a Supreme Court Judge of Canada!

At the end of these paragraphs, I will direct you to a Judge's comments on Mr. Abbasi, whom he referenced a shocking 29 times. 

To Mr. Abbasi - to avoid all of this, all you had to do was apologize and accept responsibility. But instead, assuming we wouldn't go to certain lengths, you thought you could ignore it and it would go away - I mean, the legal fees were being paid through a Condo Corporation fighting our claims against you, so you little to worry about, or so you thought. 

You didn't apologize or accept responsibility. Instead, you kept denying and denying, until your fellow subordinates confirmed that you lied under Oath (as the Judge says in his decision). By the way - to make it clear - the Condo Corp paid all the legal fees, even though allegations were raised against the Manager's, Naseer Abbasi. This is because the managers acted on behalf of the Condo Corp, therefore the Condo Corp was responsible to provide indemnity to the Managers. 

The decision of Mr. Abbasi to continue with the lies (as the Judge claims), and the initial horrible actions itself, was not in the best interest of the homeowners, who paid over $400,000 in legal fees, and was awarded $0 back. 

Does Naseer Abbasi have your condo building/condo owners best intentions at heart? 

Would Naseer Abbasi make a good Property Manager of your condo building if a Judge said that he lied under oath? 

Does Naseer Abbasi have the humanity to manage your building if instead of apologizing for his mistakes, he digs holes deeper and deeper? 

Does Naseer Abbasi deserve to manage your Condo if he had a Condo building that he managed footing a massive $400,000 legal fee bill, only to awarded $0 back in return because of the actions of Mr. Abbasi? 

When you read the Legal Decision, you will see that the only issues the Judge had with the Condo Corp, was 2 issues in particular, both of which was leaded by Naseer Abbasi. 

Well, I'm not asking you to take my word, take the Judges word.

Make an INFORMED decision.

For example; Client Centric Management is a mere few days old as I am writing this in November 2024. Yet his opening page on his new website states 25 years of experience - making it seem like the company is 25 years old. NOPE. Rather, Naseer Abbasi has been in the industry working for ANOTHER company for 25 years. 

Naseer Abbasi was with Del Property Management for 25 years. Promoted to President before trial was underway in Oct 2022. Trial ended and the decision was released in 2023. Mr. Abbasi was removed from the Del portfolio in early 2024. 

On his website ( https://ccmcondo.ca ) , you will see Mr. Abbasi discussing his 'humble' beginnings. He mentions 25 years in the industry, and yet does not state that all those 25 years were at DEL, one of the largest management companies in Toronto. Why would he leave out any reference to DEL? Why doesn't he provide any references from DEL? I mean, he was the President of DEL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Hmmmm....... Do your research. Ask DEL for a reference before hiring Naseer Abbasi or Client Centric Management.
