This petition is for the immigrants who are affected from new rule for 485 visa holders starting from 1st July 2024. Government brings this rule in so much short period of notice which is only 10 days. Every 485 visa holder is so much in stress because the rule is saying you cannot apply for further study after your 485 visa is finished. You can apply before 1st July 2024 only. Every immigrant holding 485 visa is in stress write now. What they can do in 10 days of notice. This rule is creating chaos in lifes of all of them . There is no possibility of taking decisions for future in 10 days which they might need to take in next 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. Government must take this rule back or revise it giving them enough time to think and take decision carefully. Its very important because all the immigrants are already in stress of studying, working or doing daily works in this country and this rule is making there life more hard.
