The Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control is taking steps to advance and enforce its “Special Ruling” Defining Activities Permitted Under State’s Limited Brewery Licenses. Many of rules are a clear overreach of power and goes against the NJABC's mission statement putting the states brewing industry at a severe disadvantage, during a time of recovery from the Covid-19 pendemic. The effect of these conditions will limit the growth of the Craft beer industry in NJ.

This petition is to request that Governor Murphy act quickly the shelf these conditions while allowing the legislature the opportunity to address laws pertaining to craft breweries in the state.
