Good afternoon Jason,

Representative Coleman would be willing to connect with any constituents who wish to discuss the Reversal of the Missouri school phone ban.

As for who is the “decision maker”, this law was passed through the Missouri House of Representatives and Missouri Senate. Any reversal on our end would have to be passed as a new bill and receive a majority vote.

I would recommend that any person wanting to sign this position also reach out to their Representative to see if they could get legislative support.
