Dear All, 

The School Board just voted 5-1 to revert to the dress code from the 2025-26 school year. Therefore, the proposed changes re leggings have been dropped for 2026-27. 

The SB did call for a workshop later this year to properly discuss the dress code, which may lead to some changes for 2027/28. However, based on the comments I heard from the great majority of board members today, I am hopeful the “leggings restricting” language will not find its way into future iterations.
