As a victim of a social engineering account stealer scam on Discord. Since September 27, 2023, I have been waiting for a response from their support team.

This personal experience has highlighted the urgent need for an complete Revamp of Discord's Trust and Safety Support system. Currently, it is so faulty that it can be easily abused and manipulated which leaves users like me vulnerable to unpreventable Account Thefts.

Furthermore, the average response time on hacked account cases is between one to two months - this delay in action is unacceptable when dealing with sensitive issues such as security breaches. We are calling for better prioritization of urgent account cases to ensure faster resolution times and a win for Discord to stop get Spammed by Users recreating Tickets.

Additionally, we demand an end of automated bot responses on urgent cases, that provide no real solutions or assistance to users in distress. Real people facing real problems deserve real human interaction. We're only feeling ignored by Discord with these Automated Bot Messages and the A.I Detection is a complete mess

Lastly, during this revamp process, we urge Discord to extend the banned Account deletion date limit from its current state to a more acceptable limit due to lengthy ticket response times or make the possibility of recovering Accounts after deletion.

We believe these changes will greatly enhance users trust and safety on the platform while ensuring timely support when needed most.
