Reunite Robert Ostroskie with his children

Reunite Robert Ostroskie with his children
The Issue
My name is Robert Ostroskie, and for the past 18 months, I have been living a nightmare. Despite being a combat veteran who served my country and continuing to hold a position as a corrections officer for 18 years, my integrity and character are being questioned. I am a good and peaceful man, with neither a criminal record nor any history of violence. And yet, due to false accusations stemming from my wife's sickness, I am being kept away from the most important people in my life - my children.
Since 2003, I have been battling PTSD, a result of my service, and I have been actively seeking and receiving treatment for it. Therapy and medication have been my constant companions, and I have committed myself to getting better each day. My role at work further emphasizes my character - serving on the honor guard team and the emergency response team showcases my dedication to duty and my community.
Despite all of these facts, the court has taken my children away from me based on untrue statements. These lies are alienating me from my children, despite a lifetime of being a law-abiding citizen and living with honor and dignity. Having never received even so much as a speeding ticket highlights my commitment to living a peaceful and lawful life.
I now seek your support. I need the voices of my friends, family, and supporters to come together to help reunite me with my children. By signing this petition, you vouch for my character and integrity, affirming that you would have no concern whatsoever about my ability to be with and care for my children.
It’s time for the truth to prevail. Join me in standing up for justice and helping bring my children back into my life. Please sign this petition to show your faith in me and to aid in reuniting our family. Together, we can move mountains and make this heartfelt reunion possible. Sign the petition today and help a father be with his children once more.
