I am a mother, unlawfully stripped of her rights to raise her beloved children, Khaleesi and Drakahris. The Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) executed this distressing separation without any warrant and without constructing any family safety plan.

The system has not only disowned us of our rights, but also failed to offer any assistance to heal and reconstruct our family. It was revealed that DCFS considered our case as an exemplifier due to my strong personality, an instance of an alarming personal bias influencing a significant decision related to the welfare of innocent kids.

Since that painful day in October 2022, my precious children have been shuttled amongst seven different foster homes, even shockingly placed in the perilous care of a registered child sex offender. The imprint of these turbulent impediments has scarred them with severe emotional and physical abuse.

Despite this obstacle, I'm committed to my promise to my kids - a promise to fight. Complicity with the service plan, my continuous endeavor is sadly being ignored. I am the mother they need, the one who has never acted out in anger towards them, the one who has had to watch in silence as they are raised by strangers, is ready and waiting.

Now, the time for silence is over. This petition is not only to demand justice for me, but more significantly, for my babies - Khaleesi and Drakahris.
