Reunion Residents for Intentional Development
3 Mar 2022

The  Filing 38 approval (South East corner of 112th and Chambers) is coming before the Commerce City Council on March the 7th.  Oakwood homes is proposing 153 cluster homes on 29.6 acres at this corner.  They will sit next to the golf course club house an the 18th hole.  This will ruin the current views, habitat, quietness of this area drastically.  Schools, traffic, fire, police, and water will all be affected.   We are asking that they not be allowed to continue this project until an approved declaration as been agreed upon by the city council and a town hall regarding this and other property has taken place.  We are not against development but want to see intentional and approved progress.  Not more homes for financial benefit of Oakwood.  Please help by signing this petition and attending the meeting on the 7th.  Below are links and additional information for the 7th meeting.

Here are links you can share about Monday night. The City Council meeting begins around 7:30 after the URA meeting. Registration until noon on 3/7/22
