Something has been missing from our existence, leaving it drab and empty. Or do I mean stinky and gross? Trash receptacles around the city of Beverly disappeared during the pandemic. However, as our daily lives have (kinda sorta) returned to pre-pandemic activity, the trash barrels remain mysteriously absent. If you're tired of having to carry around your garbage after grabbing a quick bite, a cup of coffee, or walking your pup, then sign this petition. If you're frustrated at having to toss your unfinished ice cream cone onto a neighbor's roof, or feel guilty about sneaking a sandwich wrapper into a random kid's knapsack, then let the mayor's office know by signing this petition. If you would like to live in a world where you can take comfort knowing your taxes are going into the garbage, like pretty much every other civilized town on the planet, then sign this petition.

If enough of us indicate that people really want them back on the streets, I will pass this petition on to the mayor's office. Hopefully it won't be tossed into the trash.
