Retain Pastor Jephthah Ndlovu at Hamilton East Seventh Day Adventist Church

The Issue

In February 2023, Pastor Jephthah Ndlovu was installed as an associate pastor at the Hamilton East Seventh Day Adventist Church. His energy, skills, and spiritual mentorship have since become a beacon of transformation for our community. The youth and young adults of Hamilton East have experienced exponential growth under his guidance. His unwavering dedication to focusing on youth and young adults has effectively promoted spiritual growth, increased youth involvement, and encouraged participation in the advancement of God's cause.

The Ontario Conference of Seventh Day Adventists holds the authority to assign or reassign pastoral teams. While we respect this authority, we implore them to consider the unique needs and progress of our local church before making such decisions.

Under Pastor Ndlovu's leadership, our church has seen a significant increase in youth engagement. This is not just a statistic but a testament to his effective leadership that resonates with younger generations.

We urge the Ontario Conference of Seventh Day Adventists to reconsider their decision about Pastor Ndlovu's transfer. Let us invest in our teens, youth, and young adults by ensuring they continue benefiting from his mentorship.

Please sign this petition if you believe in supporting the spiritual growth of our community through consistent leadership that understands its unique needs.
