As you already know, Judge Cannone’s mishandling of this case is not just concerning.... it’s a blatant violation of judicial integrity. She failed to properly instruct the jury on each charge, leaving them confused about their ability to render separate verdicts. When the jury initially indicated they were deadlocked, she had every opportunity to clarify whether they were hung on all three charges. Instead, she let ambiguity prevail.

At first she refused to include a "Not Guilty" option on the verdict slip, a move that can only be seen as an attempt to influence the jury toward conviction. In my opinion, the latest revelations from @DoctorTurtleboy’s interview with a juror from the trial, confirms what we had already knew... Cannone is incapable of impartiality for this reason (amungst others) And if she wasn’t fair in the first trial, what makes anyone believe she will be in the second? She has made it a purpose to stay on this case! Why? Who is she protecting? Is it Morrissey? law enforcement? or the witnesses (real criminals)?. 

Legally, there should not even be a second trial. Massachusetts case law is clear.... Brady violations (withholding exculpatory evidence) and discovery violations are grounds for dismissal. Cases have been thrown out for far less misconduct than what we've witnessed here. Prosecutors are bound by law to disclose all exculpatory evidence, and their repeated failure to do so is not just unethical.... it’s a direct violation of Karen Read’s constitutional rights.

We need to let the FBI, DOJ, MCJS, DOJ Inspector General, AG that the public is watching. The courts have dismissed cases over lesser violations, and this should be no exception. Justice demands accountability. Cannone needs to be removed from the Karen Read case. The law demands it and so do we!
