Because of shameless leaders like LaTrina there is no question about embezzlement. The embezzlement is being done very openly by a CMS liaison. It is the only item that State Department of Health has been very transparent about it. The transparency has not been intentional but the result of the egoistic incompetent minds of Tweedledum and Tweedledee. Employees are directed to log their time to a special code which introduces the time as _SALARY CMS 2023. Most of employees' time either marginally or not related to CMS.
Several OSDH employees have taken the matter in hand and communicated through email with CMS leadership. Below is an example of one of those emails.
“Many employees have been directed to log their time to CMS. The Oklahoma State Department of Health has been paying its employees with unused CMS funds due to lack of contracting. Through embezzlement several personnel in leadership are granted up to 60% raises. Employees are afraid of retaliation therefore no one is reporting the fraud.”
Below is the list of The CMS leadership that the emails were sent to.
