Many have heard the phrase; the law is the law, and we follow the law. It usually has been followed by CMS #7448 & §3-8-968. CMS #7448 & §3-8-968 have been the most important regulations since LaTrina became the Medical Facilities Assistant Director. These regulations usually would have come up at crucial decision makings when all were blind. LaTrina has always been there to save the OSDH reputation by referencing them. Since she saved many from their supposedly ignorance, there has been a manipulated sense of debt that many paid by promoting her. 

During COVID, some realized LaTrina’s blabbering and her game of faking expertise. To assure her success in the ladder climbing race, LaTrina started eliminating experts and leaving them out of discussions to cover her deceit. Unfortunately, there are very few who have knowledge of the Federal and State requirements. On the bright side, all have the privilege of the google. Please do yourself a favor and google any CMS or Statute numbers that gets thrown out at you.  As a simple practice, check the numbers #7448 & §3-8-968 on your phone dial pad and be creative about it.
