Our Family Silenced,  Our Same-sex Marriage with kids Dis-regarded

We are a married family with 3 children. One parent was ripped away from his spouse and family just before Christmas, and has been denied access to court, silencing his voice and wishes, and his constitutional Right to Life, Liberty, and The Pursuit of Happiness.

He was  then subjected to work wage labor,  while by being referred to as a 5 year old, and 8 year old in court and government documents, as well as labeled a virtual prisoner.  Every politician needs contacted nationally, about potential human trafficking, and the great danger the spouse is in.  PLEASE  HELP!!!   No human being, deserves to be someone else's prisoner.  I am afraid my husband has been false imprisoned under a corrupt guardianship, and I'm also concerned for his safety.

The family with 3 children torn apart by guardianship actions. 

After marriage, one was silenced the other was taken against his will, witnesses were denied access to speak, and the spouse taken was denied right to appear or speak.

Silenced by a guardianship system that claimed to "protect" him from expressing his wishes about life, marriage, and family. The denial is a violation of fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution. 

He came to the United States from Poland as a child, was placed under Guardianship as an adult based on outdated adolescent IEP Evaluation.  The IEP is believed to have been weaponized to gain lifelong control under the guise of guardianship.  

He wanted to get married to his husband, and  cherishes the 3 children. The 3 kids call him dad, but their dad was taken from him.  He proposed of his own choice, but has been denied access to court. 

It is a horrific injustice on family rights, constitutional rights, and LGBTQ rights, and Christian Rights, and The Rights of the Disabled. 

The married couple prayed together and found each other through prayer, but the faith-based marriage was referred to as "the ramblings of an insane man" in court documents. 

He married the person he chose and devoted himself to and children, prayed for, and pursued, yet was restricted from them. 

The Guardians stated that the spouse should languish away in prison for as long as the law allows, and had the Madison Wisconsin Police publish statements of murder, and alleging the spouse would commit suicide. It is believed this narrative was pushed to silence the family.  The spouse came from a good kind family with values yet was unjustly accused a murderer despite no history of violence and opposing it. A major injustice

They have forced him back to the confines of a room against his will to live as virtual prisoner as stated in court documents showing the control they prioritized over his freedom and family. 

Attempts to reclaim his freedom from this status of being a virtual prisoner were met with further restrictions and him not being allowed to court to speak of his own wishes. 

The husband witnessed extensive abuse, neglect, and abandonment. He was fed slices of bread with hot sauce in the middle and it called a sandwich, neglected on major holidays, with little visits from these guardians while they kept him in the confines of a room. 

Guardianship filings misrepresented his abilities, falsely labeling him incapable of independent decisions. 

Court records reveal No Guardian Ad Litem was appointed for him to ensure his rights were represented, and the court blocked access for him to present or to be heard. 

A forced annulment of the marriage was used to keep him under control, while financial gain and authority were prioritized over constitutional rights.

Despite clear evidence of his capacity and intent, he continues to be denied the chance to speak for himself in court.  

Please help our family, The world need to free my spouse so his voice may be heard in court!!!!  Your voice can make a difference -
