Restore Public Access to Keystone Canyon Trails via West Leadership Parkway.

Restore Public Access to Keystone Canyon Trails via West Leadership Parkway.
The Issue
As a resident of the Sky Country neighborhood at the end of Leadership Parkway, I, like many of my neighbors, have been avidly using the Keystone Canyon trails, accessible from the end of this street for daily recreation. These trails have been places to gather, hike, bike and make memories with our families for decades.
Suddenly, all of this has been brought to a halt by a chain-link fence blocking our beloved trail access. Not only has this act barred us from enjoying nature, but it has also deprived us of our right to utilize public paths. Under Nevada law, a Public Prescriptive Easement can be established owing to continuous public use, indicating that this action may not be lawfully valid.
The condition of this chain-link fence signifies a profound obstruction of our rights as members of this neighborhood. It's not just about reclaiming access to our favorite trails, but it's also about standing up against actions that curb our privilege to use public amenities.
Let's join hands in protecting our beloved trail access to recreate, get outside, and spend time outside. Sign this petition to support our cause and ensure the voices of the many who hold these trails dear, like me, are heard loud and clear.
