As a passionate member of Norte Vista's community, I echo the sentiments of both former alumni and current students who have expressed their deep desire to reverse the recent changes thrust upon our institution. They've suppressed our school spirit, removed our beloved spear symbol, and in the process, took the 'brave' out of our name.

Norte Vista, once a beacon of camaraderie and tradition, has been left bereft of its defining characteristics. These impromptu alterations have had a noticeable impact on morale and school spirit. According to a survey we conducted, 80% of students and alumni want to see the old traditions reinstated, demonstrating a significant discomfort with the current state of affairs.

It is important that we acknowledge the past as we move toward the future. Let's fight to restore the values and symbols that once made us proud. The spear was not just a symbol, but a representation of our warrior spirit and a manifestation of our solidarity.

Let's bring back the 'brave', let's restore the old Norte Vista. It's time to reclaim our identity and resurrect the traditions that once defined us. Not for us, but for every Norte Vista student who will follow in our footsteps. Let's provide them with the same joy, spirit, and camaraderie we experienced.
