This petition is to encourage Bethesda Game Studios Modding and Creations Moderation Team to Remove the Account Ban and to Restore full modding privileges to the Account "Kdot3391"

Kdot3391 has been permanently banned from Bethesda.net due to a port of the mod "Beyond Reach" being reported for violence against children. 

Multiple other ports of same mod have existed on bethesda.net for many years without removal or the porter being banned. Both Mandoo6435, and Tonycubed2 still remain as active users on bethesda.net despite porting Beyond Reach to console. One can assume that a mod that has remained on Bethesda's servers for multiple years surely must not violate Terms of Service. Kdot3391's intentions were only to provide players with an Updated and higher quality port of Beyond Reach. There was obviously no intent to blatently violate Bethesda's Terms of Service.

This petition does not request Beyond Reach be allowed on Bethesda.net. It simply requests that the user Kdot3391 have his account reinstated so he may continue porting mods to console while remaining within the Terms of Service bethesda has set forth.

Beyond Reach being removed was the first infraction Kdot3391 has committed and thus a simple warning, strike, and mod removal would be a sufficient course of action taken by the Moderation Team, especially given the circumstances. 

Kdot3391 has ported, maintained, and updated over 250 mods for console users. All ports have the required proof of permission stated in the description and credit linked back to the Mod Author. Many of these mods have become a staple in the console modding community. A permanent ban would not allow for proper updates to these ports and they would essentially remain in a frozen "as is" state.

Please reconsider your actions taken against Kdot3391 and reinstate his modding privileges.
