What’s happening in this case should concern every licensed professional and every patient who believes in informed consent, due process, and protection from arbitrary government power.

After more than 20 years in practice with no prior complaints, I was suspended over retroactively applied and undefined standards, despite evidence, expert testimony, and findings acknowledging safety and competence. Most disturbingly, no patient who actually received pelvic floor therapy from me ever filed a complaint.

If this can happen to one healthcare provider, it can happen to others.
