My gmail account was hijacked by what was supposed to be an extremely convincing sponsorship

Promptly my channel was taken over, with a new name, and a livestream promoting crypto scams

But let’s go back, who am I?

My name is Marc, but I go by my alias online as ‘5ouls’ or souls, but with a 5

I have an 80,000 subscriber roblox gaming youtube channel, which I would get tens of thousands of views on every upload

I had an amazing community that loved me as much as I loved them, and everything worked great

This was my job, and I enjoyed it. I entertained millions of people and built up a community from the dirt, until tragedy struck

I had never done anything to YouTube, never had I received a copyright strike, any sorts of violation of the community guidelines, I was innocent.

If we go back to today, my channel is back up, but it is basically blocked by a massive stone wall preventing anyone from touching it

This is because of a second channel being linked underneath my gmail account, titled ‘6ouls’

This channel was obviously also a victim of hijacking, and subsequently also had some sort of content uploaded to it which violated the community guidelines

Obviously, both channels were terminated and removed from YouTube.com very shortly after being hijacked

It took a few days of emailing between youtube support, but they restored my 5ouls channel, and there was a huge glimmer of hope that followed. Perhaps this would only be a small setback that would cause no permanent damage… wrong.

Due to YouTube policies, if one of your channels is terminated, you are barred from ever using the platform to upload any sorts of videos

So when YouTube tells me that my 6ouls account will not be restored, even after a human re-evaluation, that would mean two things

I would not be able to sign into 5ouls because of the termination of the account attached to my gmail account
I would not be allowed to return to the YouTube platform in any way

But the absolutely baffling thing about everything here is that YouTube is still allowing me to collect revenue from 5ouls and is paying me for it, despite technically being barred from the platform

YouTube also flat out will not tell me why 6ouls is staying terminated, they practically shrug off the question when I ask them about it

Please explain to me, why I, someone who did absolutely nothing to violate any guidelines, needs to be removed from the youtube platform because of an account that had

under 1,000 subscribers
under 15,000 views
less than 15 videos

And despite 5ouls being terminated for the exact  reason, it gets restored back onto the platform and even is continuing to run ads on it

So what does this say about YouTube?

Does it mean that only channels that have the capability to create revenue for google should have the right to be restored?

That smaller channels & creators shouldn’t receive the same type of attention and support that bigger ones get?

This is where I need your help

If you think at least one thing here is completely unfair, I need you to @TeamYouTube and @YouTube on x.com with the words

#JusticeFor5ouls

If you don’t want to follow through with either of those, leaving a like or interacting with this video in any way helps the situation

Don’t let my hard effort and dreams be stomped out my corporate greed and dishonesty, thank you.
