Many of us are facing issues with the Builder, both before and after handover. Some of the key concerns are:

1. Seepage & poor construction – damp walls, water leakage, plumbing issues and repeated repairs.
2. Parking – promised/allotted parking being changed or different parking being provided.
3. Handover – delays, incomplete work and pending defects after handover.
4. Registration charges – additional charges, including ₹10,000 reportedly collected during registration, and other payment discrepancies.
5. 1+1 BHK to 2 BHK – charges for the common wall/merger and two gas connections being charged while only one was provided.
6. Common areas – poor drainage, water stagnation, B1/B2 seepage, pending amenities and clubhouse-related issues.
