Realized in much thinking and processing, then review of floppy discs, that I did submit information before Mohammad Haroon Ali's murder trial in 1999 that I was a witness to his conduct February 1999 which may have resulted in an involuntary manslaughter charge with a mental health defense. Four plus years for a possible 3rd strike v current 55 years for 2nd degree murder. In addition, a witness to a pattern and practice of Islamophobia or Asian Hate since 1993-1994 in San Mateo County, which would have required a venue change given murder charges.
