The Issue
The following residents of Ocean Township NJ are against the removal of natural green space and development of the north east corner of Deal Rd and Rt 35 for Ocean Towne Center or any other planned development. We are supportive of new retail in the already developed strip malls that are not fully rented. We plan to vote accordingly.
