The new Airport Train Line will be passing through the suburbs of Airport West, Keilor East, Keilor Park and Avondale Heights. There is an opportunity to place one or more Local Suburban Train stations in Airport West & Keilor East.

It will provide a fast way in and out of the City and Airport by connecting the Residential suburbs into the Melbourne Railway Network.

Currently residents need to either drive to the CBD/Airport, catch very slow buses to the nearest station (approx 40 mins in traffic) or try and find a parking spot at already crowded train stations.  

We would like to ask the Victorian Minister for Transport Infrastructure Jacinta Allan to include a Station/s in Airport West & Keilor East.

There are 2 options.

• 2 distinct Stations in both Airport West and Keilor East (off Keilor Park Drive)
• 1 dedicated station off Terror Street (Airport West) that would service Airport West, Keilor East, Keilor Park and Avondale Heights residents

We are asking the residents of Airport West, Keilor East, Keilor Park, Avondale Heights and surrounding suburbs to rally behind the Suburban station.

This will alleviate the much pressured Craigieburn Line and improve the Transport Blackspot of Airport West, Keilor East, Keilor Park and Avondale Height.
