UPDATE: Please keep signing, after the article in the weekly paper the newspaper and town officials report that they ARE working on this.  We want to show that we still think this is an issue - even after the Christmas rush.

The current mail handling system doesn't work for the end receiver, the shippers, OR the postal workers. Too often packages are auto-returned. Items shipped via UPS/FedEx will often switch carriers to USPS mid-trip and be auto-returned as they have no PO Box #. As Jackson is an anomaly to the more standard home-delivery, many packages get miss-labeled with only home addresses. This is also exacerbated by the fact that SOME addresses do get USPS home delivery. Ideally this petition will result in the ability to discuss possible solutions with the P.O. as a community.
