The city of Horace wants to build a new city hall that would cost over $4 Million. They want to include a city employee gym and underground parking. Funding hasn't been decided but they are soliciting bids. Please sign to show them that Horace doesn't need an expensive, over the top city hall.

This is a protest to the city. It doesn't mean you are against a new city hall, just a reasonable one. Some of us aren't able to attend the meetings so we have to make our voices heard.
