Everyone Knew and  loved Norm Kinder. Norm never met a stranger. Due to Covid 19, Norm didn’t get the final tribute he deserved. This petition is asking the city of Granite City to recognize July 29th the day that Norman was born a “ Norman Kinder Day” in Granite City.
