On January 28th, 2021 at 9:30am our matter will be heard in the MN Court of Appeals via ZoomGov.  Oral arguments are open to the public (only attorneys can speak) on the MN Court of Appeals website.  A written decision will be filed within 90 days of the oral arguments.
