This is about the 3 third time that I’m writing to you and I haven’t gotten any response!

To whom this concern,

I’m writing again as I want to change the by-law of having a raccoons as pets, I could show you videos of people that has raccoons as pet that they help them with so many medical issues. Please change the by-law. It would make everything so easy in the world and easy for these little mammals. 

 
Here is just one that tells you they help humans. 

I would like a response from you, oh these goes on social media so please respond as it don’t looks good for you.
