Hello everyone! This petition is for Build-A-Bear and Sanrio fans, new and old alike. If you’ve followed Build-A-Bear recently, I’m sure you’ve heard of the Cinnamoroll drop disaster. Many fans of both the Build-A-Bear franchise and Sanrio franchise were disappointed to say the least when they were unable to secure their favorite furry friend. And many of us are still unable to get our favorite pals from years ago. I’m talking about Build-A-Bear’s older Sanrio bears that have not been released since the early 2000s. This included Hello Kitty, My Melody, Keroppi, and Chococat (including their own special outfits). With Build-A-Bear’s recent collaborations with Sanrio (Hello Kitty 25th Anniversary Bear and Cinnamoroll bear), we know that it would be possible for the company to rerelease these fan favorites. If you’re tired of the high price point of resellers, the rarity of their outfits and product, or even missed the opportunity to experience the magic of making these friends for yourself in-store, then I implore you to sign and share this petition so that we can let Build-A-Bear know that not only do we want a restock of these bears, but a better release system for future bears as well.
