I hold Power of Attorney for my son, yet this attorney was allowed to proceed without any form of verification or consultation. Despite providing the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) with this evidence, I received an email stating that they could rule in favor of the attorney without reviewing our submissions or offering any explanation.
