Even without religion, there’s a final reckoning: history, evidence, and the people affected. I don’t want my name attached to decisions that traded human lives for revenue. 

Patients cannot give informed consent if material risks are withheld. The intentional exclusion of side effects points to systemic failures in oversight and accountability within pharmaceutical marketing.
